The cold-cut bar material is sent to the steel transfer device at the front end of the transfer chain through the conveying roller table, conveyed to the 1# transfer chain by the steel transfer device, and then conveyed to the 2#, 3# transfer chain for transportation, and then passes through the automatic counting system , automatic steel splitting system, automatic point support and splitting of the bars, the end of the 3# transfer chain falls on the U-shaped arm in the gathering device, and then transferred to the bundling station for weighing and measurement, to the hoisting area is lifted by crane to the finished product yard.

 

  • Function description
  1. On-line automatic counting function of bars:

“Online automatic counting system” is an automatic bar counting device that uses machine vision for target recognition, target tracking, and automatic positioning technology. The system collects the image of the bar moving on the chain bed and transmits it to the host computer. After image recognition and target tracking, the real-time counting function of the bar production process is realized; when the count value of each bundle reaches the set value, the chain bed is controlled to stop, indicate the position of automatic steel splitting, guide or control the start and stop of the steel moving machine, and can be used to display the steel splitting position in real time to guide the steel splitting. The system enters the next working cycle.

  1. On-line automatic steel dividing function of bars:

The “Automatic Steel Splitting System” is an automatic steel separation device that performs target recognition, target tracking, and automatic separation technology on the basis of accurate counting. When the count value of each bundle reaches the set value, the chain bed will be controlled to stop and indicate the position of automatic steel splitting. The system will decide the steel splitting action according to the feedback bar distribution information of the visual inspection module and select the appropriate steel splitting action.

The steel dividing control module controls the mechanical action of steel dividing to complete the automatic steel dividing work, and the system enters the next working cycle.

 

  • On-site installation requirements:

Adjust the baffle so that the bar head extends about 400 mm from the edge of the chain bed; add a shading device at a suitable position on the chain bed to prevent the rebar head from being interfered by external light.

Provide counter equipment installation space: 1000mm in the forward direction of the conveyor chain and 3000mm in the vertical direction.

To make an environmental platform and foundation that meets the operation of the system, the requirements are as follows:

1)The chain near the counter side cannot use a big eight-character chain.

2) Take the horizontal plane of the upper end of the chain bed as the zero point and 550mm vertically downward as the installation platform of the system control cabinet. The dimensions of the installation platform are shown in the seller’s drawings.

3) Take the horizontal plane of the upper end of the chain bed as the zero point, and 1120mm vertically downward as the end part of the steel machinery installation foundation. The basic dimensions are shown in the seller’s drawings.

4) Take the horizontal plane of the upper end of the chain bed as the zero point and 870mm vertically downwards as the foundation for the complete steel separation machinery installation. The basic dimensions are shown in the seller’s drawings.

 

  • Electrical requirements

1) Provide the start-stop control contact and speed control signals of the inspection platform chain bed to the relevant installation position.

2) Make the chain bed speed <= 600mm/s, the chain bed can start smoothly and can not cause the bar to shake, stop quickly, and the bar from the start of the stop action to the final stop point is not more than 100mm.

3) Standard grounding points are provided near the system equipment and the main control cabinet.

4) Power supply capacity: counting system: 6KW; steel splitting system: 3KW.

5) Signal wire requirements: 0.5*6 core signal wire.

6) Cable laying requirements: cable trays or shielded pipelines are threaded and run, and power cables and control cables are laid separately.
